How do i get rid of a canker sore on my bottom inner lip?

I don't think you have a canker sore. You said that you popped it but canker sores are ulcers, not bubble-like lesions. Also, canker sores hurt and you only mentioned it being annoying but not painful. Canker sore usually last 2 weeks max so I think it might be something else. It could be a clogged salivary gland which releases a clear liquid when popped but it tends to heal and get clogged again. It might not be life-threatening but you may need to go to an oral surgeon to remove the entire gland if you don't want it to keep reoccurring.
