Visa requirements for Phillipines.?

Thanks for those answers. The PRA require you to pay 10,000 USD refundable deposit before you can get permanent residency. OK if you have it!!! The visa I was given is an almost unreadable stamp which is written Baltk..y .. 1 yr. Does not mention single or multiple
