Does this mean i still have a chance?

It is possible that there is only one other spot and they are debating on if they should give it to you or that person but really tell them they need to decide or your not going to work there. Its risky but it might work if you want to play it safe just call back one or two times to let them know you want the job badly and your willing to work hard at it. :) good luck
