Will the Postal Union approve the ZAP PK truck ?

Will the Postal Union approve the ZAP PK truck for mail delivery? I have constructed a large shell on the bed to protect the mail. The main thing that the Union complains on is the size of the vehicle. Oh, by the way this truck runs on 100% electricity :). I don't do much curbside delivery, mostly appartments, but if they do give me an alternate route, I worry about the motor (the motor has a fan) or controler overheating. Is there anything I can do to prevent the motor or controler from overheating such as installing larger fans?
