Is there any way to translate an HTML text into something readable?

Translated that means some idiot created a webpage in Word. Which means it loaded a bunch of crap style tags into the mix. This part has no translation, it is just a bunch of crap that only matters to only to computers and it really does even need to be part of the doent.
