Why wont my ex apologise and keeps coming back to ask if I hate her?

If she didn't give you satisfaction in the relationship then you're never going to get it from her out of the relationship. The only thing you can do is learn from this and move on. You are the one in control of losing the anger, not her. For your own sake, and for the sake of any good future relationship you can have with someone, let go.
