Whats is a good recipe for icing on an oreo cookie cake?

I went to a buffet in Florida called Stacy's in Florida and me and my boyfriend had some of there Oreo cookie cake. We found the recipe for the cake making part but we wanted to make it the icing taste just like the cookie. Is their any recipe that would make icing that will taste just like the filling in the Oreo Cookies?
