How do you transfer a very large iTunes library to a newer computer?

PLEASE READY!!! I NEED HELP!!!!I have over 10,000 songs on my iTunes library. I literally have everything from Metallica, Pantera, Elvis, Backstreet Boys,The Beatles, Kenny Chesney, Michael Jackson,symphony music, holiday music,,tons and tons of soundtracks,,i mean,, pretty much any type of other music you can possibly think of,,believe me lol,,,i've been complimented so many times, and most of it comes from people helping me out ya know,,,by lending me all of their music..Every bit of it has been done by buring the cd onto the computer and manually putting in all the information (artist, songs, composers, genre, etc..) and getting album artwork various places where i could pick up wifi. it's amazing.,,,now any music and/or ipod lover would wanna help me out if you could see what all i have,,,so im asking for anyones help please....Ok,,,,,here's the situation,,, i have two computers,,one being a new hp pavilion that just came out the end of 2010,,and the other being an old eMachines computer i bought from wal mart back in 2007..Well,,,the wonderful collection of music i have is on the old eMachines computer and that computer is without internet so i cannot sync a new ipod that requires iTunes 9 or higher because i dont have internet obviously so i cannot download the latest iTunes,,so I'm screwed :( and i cannot take that computer anywhere to get wifi because it will not let me connect to it for some reason and it pisses me off big time..so i need to save my libraby to a hard drive or something i guess,,i mean its over 35 GB worth of music so how would i do that????? someone please help me,,i'm begging you :( i don't wanna lose what i've built up all these years :(
