BOY TROUBLE HELP PLSSS!!!?

I went out with this guy, i have liked for a year, for 2 months and we broke up because when we started datin our relationship changed. I love him so much. I kno a lot of people say that teenagers dont know what love is but i know what i think love is. And its him. I love him so much it literally hurts when i think about him. He always comes to me with his girlfriend troubles and i try to help him but its hard because i really really love him. He always tells me that he will always love me but we go to different schools now bc it was so hard for me to see him that my mom moved me to a different school. he isnt really anything special but thats why i love him, i just really need to get him back. It hurts so bad not to be with him. But since we go to different schools i cant see him and that makes it worse to me bc he is changin and im not there to tell him what i think and i sent him something the other day that was really funny and i would rather not tell what it was,,but it literally freaked him out and told me that it wasnt funny and that he didnt wanna say why but i think it was bc he really cares for me & loves me but I HAVE to get him back...help!!
