Is the Kent line of British royals of German ancestry?

I mean only the blood line,not nationality or birth.As I know duke George of Kent married princess Marina(she was the daughter of a Russian prince,but due to many Germanic marriages Romanovs have only a very small percent of Russian blood).As I understand they have a very distant English blood.
