I need help with College Questions?

I am a Sopre in high school and I am planning on attending University of Texas and I am hoping to Major in Business-management and i am hoping to Minor in Library of Science. What I was wondering was if I wanted to get a job being a librarian would minoring in Library of Science affect the job opportunity? Also I was wondering what the average salary of having a Masters Degree in both?
