Help i need your advice in deciding if i should marry her or not?

I am 41 met this girl who is 40, she is in love with me and wants to marry. She made her intention known in 2 weeks and since then she has been presurising me to marry her. I am a professional with a high paid job but she has her own small business and not too literate. my only problem is that she can barely write well. She has charisma and dresses well and people will not know that she did not finish school. I like her and believe i will love her with time. She is God fearing, Kind, loving but i am not sure if our social status will make us good marriage partners. I might be wrong but she strikes me like a good person who is ready to marry. should i accept her marriage proposal on friday? Help please and honest answers
