Chronic back pain. Reason:Exiting left C7 nerve root compression.Whether surgery required ?

C6-C7 disc shows moderate left foraminal subligamentous extrusion. MRI appearance suggestive of chronic disc.Extruded disc with ociated postolateral osteophytes-leading to narrowing of left C6-C7 neural foramen-resulting in compression of exiting left C7 nerve root.Uncovertebral osteophytes contributing to the posterolateral osteophytes/neural foraminal narrowing.
