PLEASE ADVICE? Has Anybody Miscarried and Went On To Have Healthy Babies?

I had a missed miscarriage at 11 weeks in 2005, i had to have a d&c and I got pregnant again 10/08 and now have a beautiful 4 mo old daughter. I had a very rough pregnancy and had preeclampsia. I was hospitalized for the last month of my pregnancy until i had a c section at 37 weeks, but the drs say that was all by chance. You should have no problem conceiving a healthy baby. good luck.
